Who is CheckMeIn for?
Math, reading, and tutoring centers that want an easier way to manage arrivals, schedules, student progress, and safe pickup. It's built around the day-to-day work of a real learning center.
Do families need to install an app?
No. Families open a private link on their phone to see their own children's status, manage visits, and let staff know they're outside. One-time code sign-in by email or text is coming soon.
What equipment do we need?
An iPad for the entrance kiosk, a Bluetooth scanner if you'd like students to scan cards, and a TV for the live lobby board. Students can also check in by tapping their name. We'll walk through your setup in the demo.
Can we use our existing student information?
Yes. CheckMeIn imports student information from your franchise's existing exports so you don't have to enter everything again. Bring an example of your export format to the demo and we'll review it together.
How does safe pickup work?
For young students, staff confirm an approved adult before release. Parents can tap “I'm outside” from their family page. Pickup rules are re-checked when they change, and every release is logged.
Is the family page available in Spanish?
Yes. Families can switch between English and Spanish on their family page, including live status, visit scheduling, and pickup.
